Want to take a screenshot but can’t find your Print Screen button? On some keyboards, the key is labelled differently.
This tutorial will show you how to take a screenshot when you can’t find the Print Screen key.
Finding the Right Key
Try to look for anything along the lines of Print Screen, Print Sc, Pr Sc, or PRTSC. On laptops that use keyboards with a compact layout, the Print Screen key is often combined with other keys (e.g. Uppercase, Lowercase, Fn, etc.).
How to Check If the Screenshot Has Been Taken?
To be sure that the screenshot was taken, open Paint or Word and press CTRL + V. If the screenshot is pasted onto the page, then it was taken. If not, you will need to repeat the process.
Other Configurations
Sometimes pressing the print screen button alone won’t be enough to take a screenshot. The only solution is to try the following key combinations, one after the other, until you find the right one.
