Archaeologists discovered unknown human species fossil bones and teeth

Archaeologists who discovered fossil bones and teeth of a previously unknown human species that thrived over 50,000 years past within the northern Philippines say they set up a lot of diggings and better protection of the popular stone cave complicated wherever the remains were unearthed.

Filipino anthropologist Armand salvador Mijares said Thursday the invention of the remains, that belonged to 3 people, in Callao cave in Cagayan province made the Philippines a crucial analysis ground on human evolution. The new specie is named Homo luzonensis when the most northern island of Luzon, wherever the remains were dug up beginning in 2007.

Another anthropologist, Eusebio Dizon, says the remains ar the oldest to be found within the Philippines, predating those discovered in Tabon Cave by thousands of years.
